Maronite Christian Faith (MCF)
The Saint Sharbel Religious & Heritage Education Program is an effort to continue the formation of our children in the faith and to pass on the Maronite heritage preserved by our ancestors. Religious Education is strongly encouraged and is taught in English. The Arabic Language Program accepts non-parish members.
Days & Times
MCF (MARONITE CHRISTIAN FAITH) CLASSES and Arabic Classes will resume October 5th and will continue thru April 26th on Saturdays.
1:30 - 3:00 pm - Arabic
3:00 - 3:15 pm - Snack Break
3:15 - 4:45 pm - MCF/ First Communion/ Knights of Mary
5 pm - Divine Liturgy
PREPARATION OF CHILDREN FOR FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
Parents preparing their children for first communion should adhere to the following rules:
1. All candidates for first communion must be children of registered members of the St. Sharbel Church.
2. All candidates must have completed formation years at St. Sharbel Religious education program (Level 1 and Level 2) and are able to read and write.
3. Parents must attend the required meetings pertaining to first communion preparation.
4. Fill out the online registration form, Please fill out at least one month before classes start.
Your cooperation in preparing the children to receive the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ is imperative.
Arabic Classes
Arabic Classes are held for children ages 5-12. Registration will open again in September.
