Mission Statement
The ladies Sodality is dedicated to fulfilling our sacred purpose through unwavering commitment to the following principles:
- To Praise and honor the Blessed Virgin Mary, mother of our Lord Jesus
- To encourage the spiritual well-being of our members
- To promote fellowship with other Catholic women
- To evangelize by our presence, prayers and charitable works among all women in need
- To promote and aid our parish spiritually by performing any activities for the care and well-being of the church

Miraculous Medal
Our Defense
The Miraculous Medal is a blessed sacramental revealed by the Blessed Mother to St. Catherine Labouré. It is a sign of Our Lady’s protection and grace, and may be given to anyone seeking her intercession.
Meaning of the Medal
• The letter “M” stands for Mary, expressing her closeness to Jesus and her participation in His saving mission.
• The Cross above the “M” represents the Cross of Christ, the instrument of our redemption.
• The small horizontal bar beneath it is understood as the foot of the Cross or the earth—signifying that Christ’s sacrifice was offered for the whole world.
Together, the Cross and the “M” show Mary united with Jesus at the foot of the Cross and her continued involvement in the life of the Church.
• The two hearts below are the Sacred Heart of Jesus, crowned with thorns, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, pierced by a sword. Both burn with love for all people.
• The twelve stars surrounding the design recall the Woman of Revelation and symbolize the Church.
Every part of the medal points to God’s love and Mary’s maternal protection over all who wear it with faith.
Sodality Prayer
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O virgin of virgins, my Mother; to you we come; before you we stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer us.
